ORDER POLICY
1. Where are my orders?
You can access and review your purchase order status and history by signing in and viewing in your account that you registered on our Site. If you would like to contact us for your purchasing status updates, please feel free to contact us via email support@astellabrand.com or chat with us on social media channels on Monday to Sunday between 9:00AM and 8:00PM.

2. Order Processing
Your purchase order will be processed within 1 – 2 business days
PLEASE NOTE:

Please understand that we are unable to accept orders shipped to destination outside Thailand.

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
3. Inquiries on Your Orders
You can check your most recent orders status by visiting at www.astellabrand.com on “Order Status” page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get your current order information.
After you log in to your account with your email address and password, please click on Order Status. An order summary page will provide the details of your current and past orders. When your order is shipped, you will receive and see your tracking number (if available) for viewing the delivery status of your order.
4. Order Cancellations
You cannot cancel your order after placed and paid an order. Please read the conditions of “Return & Exchanges”, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Only in some events, orders or parts of an order will be automatically cancelled by various reasons. Some reasons include:

Item(s) is not available (out of stock).

Payment information or process is not completed.

Cannot ship to the address provided.

A duplicate order was placed.

Cancelled due to customer request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancellation items. If you are interested in placing a new order or inquiring about a cancelled order, please feel free to contact our Customer Service at support@astellabrand.com or via social media channels.
